Changes to the list, information on pending decisions, etc.
August 2017 MDAR has made the decision to not add Actinidia arguta (Hardy Kiwi) to the Prohibited Plant List at this time. For more information, please see this document

The following invasive plants were added to the Prohibited Plant List. For more information, please see this document.

  • Butomus umbellatus (Flowering rush)
  • Salix atrocinerea/Salix cinerea (Large gray willow, Rusty willow)
