Coronavirus Update: Due to the coronavirus emergency, MassHealth and EOHHS are holding public hearings remotely. All public hearings will occur on the advertised dates and times. Details and instructions for attending and testifying remotely are provided below for each hearing. If you plan to testify at a remote hearing, EOHHS strongly encourages you to register in advance. EOHHS encourages you to submit written testimony in addition to, or instead of, providing testimony at the hearing. Instructions for registering online and for submitting written testimony can be found in the Notices of Public Hearing.
If you would like to testify at an upcoming public hearing, you may sign up online or during the hearing.
You may also submit written testimony about proposed regulations by the specified date by emailing masshealthpublicnotice@mass.gov. Please submit electronic testimony as an attached Word document or as text within the body of the email and type the name of the regulation in the subject line. All submissions must include the sender's full name and address. Persons who are unable to submit electronic testimony should mail written testimony to
