Minimum wage waiver for employers with disabled workers

Minimum Wage Waiver permitting payment of 80% of the minimum wage to minors attending secondary school who work part-time in hospital wards, school and college dining rooms, and dormitories, where the ratio of one minor to five adults is maintained

Fees for minimum wage waivers:

Payment must be made immediately following application submittal
Application for waiver of minimum wage for employees with disabilities $100 per year
Application for waiver of minimum wage for certain high school student/employees at non-profit establishments $100 per year
Application for seasonal business determination for overtime waiver $200 per season
Approval for employee uniform deposits and waivers $100 per year
Application for waiver of minimum wage for student employees enrolled in and employed by a bona fide educational institution $100 per year
Application for waiver of minimum wage for student trainees employed by a hospital or laboratory $100 per year
Application for uniform deposit waiver $100 per year
