Refugee Youth Mentoring (RYM)

Be matched with a mentor in your community that is dedicated supporting you to identify and work toward your goals.

A Mentor Can:

  • Help you to develop an individual goal plan
  • Teach you about American culture – while preserving your unique heritage
  • Provide low-stress situations for social interaction
  • Practice English, math, and more
  • Connect you with volunteer and community engagement opportunities
  • Support you in job searching, resume writing, networking, and skill training
  • Help you understand financial and health services

Are You Eligible?

RYM program services may be provided to all ORR-eligible* individuals between the ages of 15-24.
