The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) manages facility services at the Springfield Data Center. The information provided on this page will inform occupants of important building procedures, services and policies and provide an orientation to the facility. Facility questions should be directed to the Operations Office at (413) 346-9100. Normal business hours are 8:am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. During off-hours, between 5 p.m. to 8 a.m., the data center is staffed with security personnel and maintenance staff.
