Vocational Rehabilitation

If you have a disability, Vocational Rehabilitation can help you choose, train and get a job.

The Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Program helps people with disabilities get and keep a job. VR helps people with physical, psychiatric, and learning disabilities face the challenges of the modern workplace. This may include identifying job goals based on your interests and skills. VR can also look at your work site for improvements or help you return to work after an injury. Vocational rehabilitation services can often reduce or remove barriers to employment. The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) prioritizes helping people who have the most severe problems in communication, mobility, work tolerance, and work skills.
