One Care
One Care combines MassHealth and Medicare benefits into a single plan with one card and one care team for people aged 21 to 64 at the time of enrollment. With One Care, you’ll have a care coordinator to help you manage your care, stay healthy, and access the services you need.
People eligible for One Care generally have no or low monthly premiums, no copays, and little to no out-of-pocket costs for most covered services. One Care covers medical care, mental health services, and prescription medications, as well as support for recovery goals, daily tasks, and independent living.
