The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) provides grants and other funding opportunities to support program development and quality.

EEC provides grants and funding opportunities subject to budget appropriation. EEC uses the COMMBUYS procurement system through the Operational Services Division (OSD) of the Commonwealth.
