What you need for Commonwealth VPN Client
Internet Connection
Users may download the client as long as they have an internet connection - e.g., commercial or residential DSL, cable, fios, public kiosk service, public wifi internet, or other internet service.
Instructions
Commonwealth-issued devices for Secretariats/Agencies who have migrated onto the EOTSS MDM platform:
If you are using a Commonwealth-issued device and your Secretariat/Agency has migrated onto the EOTSS MDM platform, you will download the client via Company Portal.

All other devices:
If you are using a personal or "BYOD" device, or a Commonwealth-issued device and your Secretariat/Agency has not migrated onto the EOTSS MDM platform, you will download the client via a secure SharePoint site. If you are using an iPhone/iPad, you must download an app from the App Store.

How to download Commonwealth VPN Client
Commonwealth-issued devices for Secretariats/Agencies who have migrated onto the EOTSS MDM platform:
If you are using a Commonwealth-issued device and your Secretariat/Agency has migrated onto the EOTSS MDM platform, the VPN Client uninstall/install package is available via Company Portal.
You can find Company Portal by clicking the “Type here to search” magnifying glass (on the task bar at the bottom of your screen) and entering "Company Portal." You will see the Commonwealth VPN client under “Applications”.
All other devices:
