Overview
On Wednesday, June 18, the Massachusetts Energy Efficiency Advisory Council (EEAC) will host a public meeting that will include a special “Energy Efficiency 101” session tailored for Massachusetts residents.
What to Expect:
The meeting will cover key topics to help you understand how common Mass Save program offerings work and how they can benefit you and your home:
- Heat Pump Myth Busting – Get the facts and clear up common misconceptions
- What Is a Home Energy Assessment (HEA)? – Discover what’s included and how it helps you better understand your home's energy use
- What Happens During a Weatherization Job? – Know what to expect and how it can reduce your utility bills
To ensure accessibility for more community members, interpretation services will be available in Portuguese and American Sign Language (ASL).
Whether you’re just beginning to explore energy efficiency upgrades or have already had work done within your home, this session is a great opportunity to better understand how these programs can support you. We encourage you to attend and to help spread the word in your community!
