Draft Stretch Code Updates Released for Public Comment
Beginning in 2023, there are three building energy codes in Massachusetts: the Base Code, the Stretch Code, and the Specialized Code. DOER recently released a series of proposed revisions to the Stretch and Specialized codes, covering both commercial and residential sections, and is seeking public comment.
