Overview
The Executive Committee, as a subcommittee of the Council, provides a mechanism for Council members to engage within the limits set by the Council by‐laws and the overall statutory framework of the Green Communities Act on consultant oversight and other matters.
Agenda
EEAC Virtual Meetings Procedure:
- The meeting will be recorded for administrative purposes only.
- All attendees except for Councilors and presenters will be muted.
- Councilors should hold comments until the end of presentations and all communication during meetings must be verbal.
- Councilors who disconnect from meetings must announce when they rejoin.
- All Council votes will be taken by roll call.
