Public Meeting Notice  Energy Efficiency Advisory Council ExCom Meeting July 2025

 EEAC Virtual Meetings Procedure:

1. The meeting will be recorded for administrative purposes only. 
2. All attendees except for Councilors and presenters will be muted. 
3. Councilors should hold comments until the end of presentations and all communication during meetings must be verbal. 
4. Councilors who disconnect from meetings must announce when they rejoin. 
5. All Council votes will be taken by roll call.

  • Stakeholders may provide public comments by sending a request to ma-eeac@mass.gov by 10:00AM on the day of the meeting. Written comments will be posted to the EEAC website at www.ma-eeac.org/public-comment.
  • Speakers will be limited to 3 minutes; public comment will end at 1:15 and may resume at the end of the meeting.
