Public Hearing Notice  Evidentiary Hearing on ESMPs (DPU 24-10, 24-11, 24-12)

The Department is conducting an online evidentiary hearing on Phase II of the electric sector modernization plans (ESMPs) for Eversource Energy, National Grid, and Unitil. The purpose of this phase of the proceedings and this hearing is to investigate the establishment of an interim cost-recovery mechanism for each company’s ESMP investments until a framework for longer-term cost recovery through base distribution rates is established. 

While the Department will not be taking public comments at this hearing, the public is still welcome to observe the proceeding through the above link.  In the alternative, members of the public may also listen to the hearing via telephone by dialing 1 (309) 205-3325, then entering Webinar ID # 842 8150 1884.
