Topic: Environmental Justice Council—Meeting #8
When: Wednesday, February 8, 2023, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Please register for the first Environmental Justice Council (EJC) meeting to be held in hybrid format, allowing attendance in person or remotely. Newly appointed Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) Secretary, Rebecca Tepper, will join us in person for welcoming remarks.
Remote attendees: Please register in advance for this meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to join the meeting via Zoom.
In-person attendees: Advance registration is not required but would be appreciated.
In-person location: Williams School Building, 180 Walnut Street, Chelsea, MA 02150.
Transit/parking information: Free parking is available onsite for those driving in. The entrance to the parking lot is on Walnut Street. The meeting venue is located two blocks away from the 111 bus route, three blocks from the SL3 bus route, and three blocks from the 112 bus route.
Language and interpretation services: Written materials for this meeting will be translated into Spanish, Portuguese, simplified Chinese, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, Khmer, Arabic, French, and Cape Verdean Creole. Interpretation services will be available in the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, and American Sign Language (ASL). The Spanish interpreter will be present in person. You may access all other interpreters by mobile device if attending the meeting in person, or via the Zoom interpretation channel if attending the meeting remotely.
