A public hearing is required for some Department proceedings. The purpose of a public hearing is to provide an opportunity for elected officials and members of the public to comment on the issues in the proceeding in order to assist the Department in its investigation.

The Department will conduct a virtual public hearing using Zoom videoconferencing on March 7, 2024. The session will begin at 7:00 p.m.
