Providers with Transportation Services Receiving EEC Subsidy
All Family Child Care providers, Group and School Age Care providers receiving EEC Subsidy must comply with 606 CMR 7.13 and the requirements shown below.
EEC Funded Programs EEC Funded Programs | Mass.gov receiving EEC Subsidy must follow Funded Program Compliance Requirements and the following:
- Transportation Driver and Monitor File Checklist
- Transportation Vehicle File Checklist
- Required Family Child Care Notice to Parent Regarding Supervision of Children Involving Transportation (FCC Only)
- Family Child Care Licensing Policy Supervision While Accompanying a Child To and From a Vehicle (FCC Only)
- Financial Assistance Required Parent Transportation Request Form

Providers with Transportation Services Not Receiving EEC Subsidy
All Family Child Care providers, Group and School Age Care providers not receiving EEC Subsidy must comply with 606 CMR 7.13.

Family Child Care providers must also comply with:

EEC Transportation Policies
- See section 7.13 of the EEC 606 CMR 7.00: Regulations for Family, Group & School Age Child Care Programs, included under the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) laws, regulations, and Policies on mass.gov.
- The EEC Transportation Policy describes the responsibilities of educators, programs, and transportation personnel regarding the transportation of children in EEC licensed or funded programs. All Group and School Age Child Care and Family Child Care programs licensed by EEC that offer transportation services for children need to follow this policy in order to maintain their license.
- The Family Child Care Licensing Policy Supervision While Accompanying a Child To and From a Vehicle describes the responsibilities of the caregiver when required to meet a child at the transportation vehicle.
