Exam Scheduling
Exams are scheduled monthly based on the applications received by the 20th of each month. Those applying before the cutoff date will receive an email between the 25th and 28th with the upcoming months exam opportunities they can pick their preferences from.
There are two parts to the exam. A group safety exam, and an individual knowledge test. Each month will contain an In-person exam and a limited number of online exam slots. The In-person exam includes both sections in a four hour session, usually on one of the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Mondays of the month in Southboro, MA from 10 AM to 2 PM. You must be confirmed prior to attend. The online option is in two sections, each about 2.5 hours long. The group safety exam is usually on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 10 AM to 12:30 PM. Each individual slot is assigned based on your chosen preferences of that months available exam sessions.
Respond early to the scheduling email, slots do fill up. You must pass both sections to pass the exam.
