EOTSS offers several Adobe tools for designing PDFs, print and online media assets, video editing, web development, photography, and more. If you need to do more than read a PDF, request a license for one of the following Adobe tools:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Pro - All Apps Plan*  
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Pro - Single App Plan** 
  • Adobe RoboHelp  
  • Adobe Technical Communications Suite

*The Adobe Creative Cloud Pro - All Apps bundled license includes concurrent access to: Acrobat Pro DC, After Effects, Animate, Audition, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop Lightroom, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Premier Rush, XD2, InCopy, Adobe Express, and Stock.

Please note: Internal agency IT Liaison (ITL) approval is required in order for EOTSS to process this request.

Fulfillment: 99% in 1 business day 

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • Responsible for accepting the email invitation from Adobe by clicking the “Get started” link provided within 60 days. NOTE: If the customer fails to accept the email invitation within 60 days, the link will be disabled, and the request must be resubmitted.
  • Responsible for downloading licensed software application from Adobe Creative Cloud available through Company Portal / Software Center.

EOTSS

  • Responsible for assigning an Adobe Software license to the customer.
