To begin the licensing application process, you must first attend a Potential Provider meeting. To find an upcoming meeting, contact your local EEC Regional Office or use the EEC Professional Development calendar. (Filter the search results to just “Potential Provider Meetings” using the “EEC Pre-Service/Licensing Requirements” tab.) At this meeting, EEC licensing staff will inform you of the requirements your program must meet to become licensed.
In some cases, a program that meets specific exemption criteria may be exempt from EEC licensure. Before you open your program, please contact your local EEC office to find out if your program is required to have a EEC license to operate.
