What you need for How to create a new CWP account

To create a new CWP account, you will need access to the internet. 

How to register How to create a new CWP account

To create a new account:

  1. Go to MassHealth Customer Web Portal
  2. Click the Create New Account button.
  3. Fill out the required information on all sections.
  4. Click ‘Create Account’
  5. Enter a valid Provider ID (PIDSL) number for the submitting provider and their email address. Upon providing, select the ‘Add Provider’ button. To continue, you must confirm the attestation and click ‘Next Step.’
  6. The provider ID owner will be sent a notification via email and will have to approve your access.
  7. Your username and a verification link will be sent to your email address.
  8. From your email, click on the verification link.
