What you need for How to create a new CWP account

To create a new CWP account, you will need access to the internet. 

How to register How to create a new CWP account

To create a new account:

  1. Go to MassHealth Customer Web Portal (CWP)
  2. Click the Create New Account button.
  3. Fill out the required information on all sections.
  4. Click ‘Create Account’
  5. Your username and a verification link will be sent to your email address.
  6. From your email, click on the verification link.
  7. Login to CWP to add a valid Provider ID (PID/SL) number for the submitting provider.
  8. Enter a valid Provider ID (PIDSL) number for the submitting provider and their email address. Upon providing, select the ‘Add Provider’ button. 
  9. The provider ID owner will be sent a notification via email and will have to approve your access.
