You need to have a CWP account.

How to manage Linking providers to a CWP account

Link providers to an existing account

  1. From the Homepage menu, click Profile
  2.  Select the ‘Click here to Add/Delete a Provider’
  3. Add providers by entering a valid MassHealth Provider ID (PIDSL) and a confirmation email address. Upon providing, select the ‘Add Provider’ button.
  4. The provider ID owner will be sent a notification via email and have to approve your access.
