How to manage
Link providers to an existing account
- From the Homepage menu, click Profile
- Select the ‘Click here to Add/Delete a Provider’
- Add providers by entering a valid MassHealth Provider ID (PIDSL) and a confirmation email address. Upon providing, select the ‘Add Provider’ button.
- The provider ID owner will be sent a notification via email and have to approve your access.
