If you don’t have a MyMassGov business account
- Visit Unemployment Services for Employers and select Log in or Create your account with MyMassGov
- Follow the prompts to create your MyMassGov account
- If you’re an employer, be sure to use the email address associated with your DUA account
- If this is your first time registering for a business account, we recommend using your business email
- If the set up was not successful, your email may not be associated with a DUA account. You will need to request administrator access to the account.
Adding or removing access
You can manage account access for employees or third-party administrators (TPAs). Every user will need their own MyMassGov account to log in.
Add access for your employees
Users with Primary or Administrator account types can add or remove access for employees:
- Log in to Unemployment Services for Employers and select Additional Services
- Select Manage Additional Access to add, remove, or edit permissions
- Follow the prompts to complete the changes need
- New users will get an email with instructions to set up their MyMassGov accounts
If these steps can't be completed online, you can submit a user designation form.
Add access for third-party administrators (TPAs)
TPAs can request access from employers. Learn how to request TPA access.
