- Social Security Number
- License and permit fees
- They are renewed at the same time, in one transaction
If you are unable to renew your license and/or permits online, please contact the Board to request a paper renewal form.

- You will need a valid credit card or bank card to renew online
- All fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable
