The Details of Submit a customer enrollment report
What you need for Submit a customer enrollment report
You will need to provide the following information by February 1 and August 1 of each year:

the total number of residential customers and the number of low-income residential customers you were serving in each electric company's service territory on the last day of the specified reporting period,

the total number of residential customers and the number of low-income residential customers you enrolled in each electric company's service territory during the specified reporting period. The customer enrollment numbers are separated out by the marketing channel used to enroll the customers.
How to submit Submit a customer enrollment report
For electric customer enrollment reports:

- email a confidential copy of the notice to dpu.electricsupply@mass.gov
For gas customer enrollment reports:
- download the form below,
- email a confidential copy of the notice to dpu.gassupply@mass.gov.
The subject of the email and the attachment should be labeled as: "customer enrollment report - NAME OF COMPANY - date of email in MM.DD.YY format"

You must file a completed notice by February 1 and August 1 if you are serving residential customers. If you are licensed to serve residential customers but are not serving residential customers during the relevant timeframe, you must notify the DPU that you are not serving residential customers. If you serve electric and gas residential customers, you must file 2 separate reports - one for electric and one for gas.
