You must file a completed notice by February 1 and August 1 if you are serving residential customers. If you are licensed to serve residential customers but are not serving residential customers during the relevant timeframe, you must notify the DPU that you are not serving residential customers. If you serve electric and gas residential customers, you must file 2 separate reports - one for electric and one for gas.
For the automatic renewal report, the DPU defines an automatic renewal provision as a provision within customer contracts that calls for customers to receive a fixed‑price product for a term of six months or greater.
