Councils on Aging (COAs) and Aging Services Access Points (ASAPs) in Massachusetts

Get to know the aging services network agencies in your area!

Cities and towns in Massachusetts have a Council on Aging (COA) that provides services to older adults and caregivers often through the local senior center. COAs provide services such as fitness classes, digital literacy classes, assistance with transportation, meals (congregate or home delivered), health screenings, and more.

Additionally, there are 24 Aging Services Access Points (ASAPs) across the Commonwealth. ASAPs help you get connected with services. ASAPs can help you explore care options and services, assist with nutrition and food security, offer support with housing, health, financial wellness, transportation, and safety. ASAPs also offer caregiver support.
