Find a Statewide Contract User Guide

Contract User Guides make it easier for all buyers to understand the key aspects of each Statewide Contract, enabling them to make informed purchasing decisions and place orders in COMMBUYS.

The Operational Services Division (OSD) has developed a standard guide that describes how to use each Statewide Contract. The components of a Contract User Guide (CUG) include: contract summary (including Category Names); benefits and cost savings; who can use this contract; pricing and purchasing options; additional information; contract counties or regions; vendor list; and contact information.

Statewide Contract Category Changes

Effective July 1, 2024, OSD launched its Statewide Contract Category Management strategy to facilitate comprehensive management of Contract Categories and to create logical groupings so public buyers may easily find Statewide Contract products and services. 

With this change, customers will notice several new Categories, and Contracts that have shifted to different Category designations. The Statewide Contract Category Crosswalk, organized alphabetically by Contract Number, enables buyers to easily find Contracts that may have moved to a new Category designation, such as Financial Services (FIN); Facility Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO), or Sustainable Facilities Consulting Services (SFC), for example.
