Crisis Intervention Resources

This page contains Crisis Intervention resources in Massachusetts. Individuals in a mental health crisis should call the emergency number listed on their health insurance card, go to a hospital emergency room or call 911. Some community mental health clinics provide emergency crisis intervention services and many police departments are trained in crisis intervention. MassHealth members can access emergency mental health services through regional Emergency Service Providers.
