Overview

Pursuant to An Act Creating A Next-Generation Roadmap for Massachusetts Climate Policy, Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2021, the Department of Public Utilities maintains a database of written complaints received from customers and the public regarding gas competitive suppliers.  The Department's database can be viewed below.
