Force Majeure

On March 26, 2020 the electric companies declared a Force Majeure event pursuant to the standards for interconnection of distributed generation tariff. This page provides information and resources related to the Force Majeure event.

A Force Majeure event is an event

  • that is beyond the reasonable control of the electric company or interconnecting customer, and

  • that the electric company is unable to prevent against with commerically reasonable efforts.
