In-home COVID-19 Treatment Program

Massachusetts is making it more convenient for eligible residents to receive approved treatments for COVID-19 by making these treatments available at home.

CDR Health, the state vendor who provides the in-home COVID-19 vaccination program, is expanding its services to include in-home administration of therapeutic treatments and other FDA-approved therapies for COVID-19.

How to schedule an in-home treatment

  • By phone: Patients and their health care providers may call the CDR Health In-home COVID-19 Treatment Call Center at (617) 644-7592 toll-free to learn more about the program and make an appointment for an in-home therapy. Representatives from CDR Health, which is operating the call center, scheduling appointments, and delivering in-home treatments are available at this number Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Online: You may also schedule an appointment directly on the CDR Health Patient Portal page at patientportalma.com.

CDR Health medical staff licensed in Massachusetts can write prescriptions for these therapies. The program can also work directly with a patient’s health care provider to arrange for in-home therapy.
