Smoke Alarm Toolkit

The campaign has resources for local fire departments to download and use in local education efforts. The toolkit includes:

• A logo in print and online sizes;
• Draft text for DPW roadside message signs;
• An Op-Ed piece for submission to the local newspaper
• A customizable press release; (2018 version coming soon)
• Links to TV public service announcements (English and Spanish) that can be used on local cable access

2. Smoke alarm safety and maintenance messages for older adults

• A FireFactor educational handout on smoke alarms.
