If an application or service isn’t listed, its information will not be automatically updated. In this case, you can contact the agency directly if you would like to update your information.
Name updates in MyMassGov
These applications and services will update your name when you change it in your MyMassGov profile:
Virtual Gateway- personal accounts

Password or multifactor authentication (MFA) setting changes in MyMassGov
If you update your password or MFA settings in your MyMassGov profile, you do not need to update them in any service or application that you log into using your MyMassGov account.
