Individual access
Unemployment Services for Employers now requires each individual within an organization to have their own MyMassGov account, meaning account sharing is no longer allowed. Register for a MyMassGov business account to start representing your business.
Responding to claims
You no longer will receive fact-finding forms by mail. All responses must be submitted online through Unemployment Services for Employers.
