Lowell Law Library

There is daily rate parking available at garages on Chelmsford St. and Middlesex St. and Thorndike/Gallagher St. (near the train station). There is some metered and non-metered on-street parking on the surrounding streets.

Parking is available at the Lower Locks municipal garage at 90 Warren Street to handle overflow. The Route 2 Belvidere bus stops close to this garage and the courthouse on its inbound trip. The outbound stop is a block up on Appleton Street. 

The law library is open to everyone. Enter through the main doors and go through security. Take a right at the elevators. The law library is the first door on the left.

The law library offers:

• help with legal research
• books and materials to borrow
• online databases for no charge, including Westlaw and Lexis.
• free public wifi

The building is completely accessible: elevator, parking, ramps. Access to computers in library is available. Some assistance from staff may be needed to reach some materials.
