Norfolk Law Library

There is a free parking lot behind the Registry building as well as some parking spaces on High and Court Streets. More spaces are available in the lot after 1 pm, when the jury pool is dismissed.

The law library is open to everyone. The Norfolk Law Library is on the 2nd floor of the building. When you enter from the front of the building, you can take the stairs to the left, or elevator to the right. After you go through security on the 2nd floor, take a right down the hallway. The library is at the end of the hallway.

The law library offers:

• help with legal research
• books and materials to borrow
• online databases for no charge, including Westlaw and Lexis
• free public wifi

The library is totally in compliance with the Architectural Access Board regulations. The building has handicapped parking in the rear. Enter through the side door and take the elevator to the second floor.
