MVP 2.0 FY26/27 Applications Now Open

Due by December 15 at 11:59 p.m.

The application for the FY26/27 round of the MVP Planning 2.0 ("MVP 2.0") grant is now open. MVP 2.0 is an innovative grant program that supports communities with new processes, tools, and resources for building upon local and regional resilience.

Question and Answer Period: Written questions should be submitted by email to one of the regional coordinators no later than Monday, November 17, 2025. EEA will publish answers to submitted questions via COMMBUYS on or before November 24, 2025.
