Language access
The Office of Language Access (OLA) is responsible for coordinating and allocating interpreters to requesting courts in an effort to provide equitable access to justice across the entire Massachusetts court system. Interpreters are available at no cost. If you need an interpreter or a translation of a document you received, please contact the court for more information using the map at the bottom of this page or find your court through the Courthouse Locator. In addition, many translated forms and information are available on the Translated Court Forms and Information Page.

This video gives tenants and landlords in Massachusetts general information about eviction cases. It also discusses court resources that may be available to assist in resolving an eviction case.
Introduction to Housing Court processes and resources video
This video, called the Housing Court Call of the List speech, is typically made at the commencement of most summary process (eviction) Housing Court sessions and contains general information about the court processes and the resources available to litigants during the day of their trial.

The Office of Access to Justice & Court User Experience
The Office of Access to Justice and Court User Experience (A2J Office) supports the Trial Court and the communities it serves by acting as a court wide information resource for access to justice related needs. Through partnership and collaboration with the Trial Court and community stakeholders, the A2J Office seeks to improve the experience for court users by implementing, assessing, and making improvements to programs and initiatives designed to enhance access to justice.
