Give your patients more control over their birth control

Learn about the ACCESS law, how it can support your patients, and earn CE credits.  

ACCESS, a Massachusetts law, means pharmacists and providers can:

  • Prescribe and/or dispense a year’s supply of no-cost birth control for eligible patients. 
  • Help patients get no-cost emergency contraception (like Plan B One-Step® and ella®), with or without a prescription.

Register for an online course on ACCESS developed by MA DPH with the MGH Institute of Health Professions. This course offers 2.5 continuing education credits at no cost for MA physicians, nurse practitioners, physician associates, and pharmacists.
