101 CMR 337.00 governs the determination of payment rates to be used by all governmental units and purchasers under M.G.L. c. 152, § 1 (the Workers' Compensation Act) for chronic maintenance dialysis treatments and home chronic maintenance dialysis supplies provided to publicly aided and industrial accident patients.
