101 CMR 350.00 establishes rates of payment for home health services described in 130 CMR 403.000: Home Health Agency that are provided by eligible providers to publicly aided individuals. The rates set forth in 101 CMR 350.00 also apply to individuals covered by M.G.L. c. 152 (Workers' Compensation Act).
