101 CMR 410.00 governs the payment rates for competitive integrated employment services (CIES) purchased by a governmental unit. CIES are provided to assist clients to obtain and retain competitive employment in an integrated, community-based work setting with wages and benefits that are comparable to those received by other workers in similar positions.
