101 CMR 613.00 governs the criteria applicable April 1, 2024, for determining the services for which Acute Hospitals and Community Health Centers may be paid by the Health Safety Net, including the types of services that are paid by the Health Safety Net, and the criteria to determine Low Income Patient status, to determine Medical Hardship, and to submit claims for Bad Debt.
