103 CMR 486.00 is designed to facilitate inmate access to legal counsel. It sets forth standards for access to inmates afforded to attorneys, law students, paralegals, private investigators and interpreters and shall not be construed to prohibit the superintendent of any state correctional facility from granting additional access under appropriate circumstances.
