115 CMR 12.00 establishes standardized policy and procedures for the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to conduct fingerprint-based checks of the state and national criminal history databases for all current and prospective employees of DDS and DDS-contracted vendor programs licensed, approved, or funded by the Department, or any other individual required by M.G.L. c. 19B, §§ 19 and 20 to undergo such fingerprint-based checks of the state and national criminal history databases.
