115 CMR 6.00 governs the standards and procedures: for determining an applicant's eligibility and level of priority for supports provided, purchased or arranged by the Department of Developmental Services; for the development, modification, and review of Individual Support Plans (ISPs); and for appeal and redress of certain matters affecting applicants for and recipients of supports.
