202 CMR 7.00 clarifies and implements statutory amendments to M.G.L. c. 94, §§ 184B through 184E, and M.G.L. c. 98, § 56D, and establishes standards for price disclosure in food stores and food departments and the process for waiver from individual item pricing in food stores or food departments utilizing a consumer price scanner system.
