The purpose of 211 CMR 134.00 is to define the surcharges and credits that apply in the Safe Driver Insurance Plan required during Fixed-and-established Markets, and to provide for the continuous, timely, accurate and uniform collection and exchange of Private Passenger Motor Vehicle insurance claim and traffic law violation data during Fixed-and-established and Competitive Markets to facilitate the operation of the SDIP or Insurer Merit Rating Plans.
