211 CMR 153.00 provides guidance and definitions for terms set forth in St. 2012, c. 61, which amends M.G.L. c. 176J. The guidance and definitions are for continuity of care access to Comprehensive Cancer Centers, Pediatric Hospitals, and Pediatric Specialty Units for Health Benefit Plans offered to Eligible Small Businesses or Eligible Individuals that utilize Limited, Regional and Tiered Provider Networks.
