211 CMR 56.00 implements the participating repair shop endorsement plan authorized in M.G.L. c. 175, § 113T by establishing a procedure for approval of a participating repair shop endorsement and plans submitted by motor vehicle insurers for collision, limited collision and comprehensive insurance coverages, and by establishing the minimum requirements for such endorsement plans.
